Terms of Service

Version 1.0 · Effective 10 August 2026

Plain summary. Dropbrook pays small amounts of USDT for actions you complete on the site. One account per person. No bots, no multiple accounts. We can review, hold, or cancel rewards that were obtained by breaking these rules. Payouts go through FaucetPay only — we do not hold crypto deposits for you before a payout.

1. What Dropbrook is

Dropbrook (“we”, “us”, “the Service”) is a website where you can earn small amounts of cryptocurrency — currently USDT — by completing actions such as periodic claims, viewing advertising, and optional third-party offers.

Dropbrook is not a wallet, exchange, bank, or payment service. We do not hold cryptocurrency deposits or client funds for you before a payout, and the balance shown in your account is not a deposit or a financial instrument.

The balance is our record of rewards credited to you. A validly credited reward is a claim against us, subject to these Terms and to reversals by third-party providers. It becomes cryptocurrency when a payout is successfully sent to FaucetPay.

By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who may use it

We may refuse or discontinue service on specific grounds, including: sanctions or other legal restrictions; a country we cannot support; unavailability of our payment or advertising partners in your location; fraud or security risk; breach of these Terms; inability to validate that activity is genuine; or discontinuation of the Service.

3. Your account

One account per person

You may hold one account only. Your identity for this purpose is tied to your email address and to the FaucetPay account you use for payouts.

To determine whether accounts are controlled by the same person, we also use technical, network, payout, and behavioural signals — for example device and browser characteristics, network and address information, payout details, and patterns of use. Creating or operating more than one account — under different emails, addresses, devices, or names — is a breach of these Terms, whichever signals reveal it.

Email address

Registration currently requires a Gmail address. Note that Gmail treats dots and “plus” suffixes as the same address; we do too. u.ser+tag@gmail.com and user@gmail.com are the same account for our purposes and cannot be used to register twice.

Security

You are responsible for your password, your recovery codes, and everything done through your account. Recovery codes are shown once at registration and cannot be shown again — store them somewhere safe. We cannot restore access without them, and our support team has no technical ability to bypass this. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else.

4. Rewards and your balance

Rewards are not guaranteed

Reward amounts, cooldowns, daily limits, lifetime limits, and the actions that earn rewards may change at any time, including downward. They depend on our advertising revenue, which we do not control. Nothing here is a promise of a particular amount of income.

Such changes apply to future earning actions only. They do not reduce rewards already validly credited to you — those can be affected only by a provider reversal (section 4) or by enforcement under section 8.

Limits and the daily boundary

Daily limits reset at 00:00 UTC, not in your local time zone. The interface shows a countdown to the next reset.

Rewards must be earned by you, personally

A reward is valid only if a human being — you — actually performed the action. Rewards generated by software, by another person on your behalf, or by any method that misrepresents what happened are not valid, whether or not our systems detected it at the time.

Referrals

Every account has a referral link. If someone registers through yours, you earn 5% of the amounts that person successfully withdraws — not of what they earn. We pay this ourselves: your referral receives exactly what they would have received without you, and nothing is deducted from them.

The practical consequence, stated plainly: if your referral never reaches the payout minimum, they will never withdraw, and you will never earn anything from them. A registration on its own is worth nothing.

Referral terms may change. As with the rest of these Terms, changes apply going forward only (section 13).

Promoting the Service

We provide ready-made banners carrying your referral link. Every banner identifies who placed it, so the source of any traffic can be established.

When you promote the Service, you are responsible for where and how you do it. You must not:

Breaching these rules forfeits your commission and may lead to suspension. The reason is not procedural: complaints about how our name is used reach us, and it is our advertising and email accounts that are closed as a result.

Reversals and negative balances

Some rewards come from third-party offer providers, who may reverse a completed offer days or weeks later — for example if the advertiser reports it as fraudulent or incomplete. When that happens we reverse the corresponding credit.

If you have already withdrawn those funds, your balance may become negative. A negative balance must be cleared — by future earnings — before further payouts are possible. Repeated reversals may result in suspension.

Your balance is therefore shown as two figures:

FigureMeaning
AvailableCan be withdrawn now
On holdCredited to you, but not yet withdrawable

Rewards from third-party sources are placed on hold for up to 3 days. Each reward has its own timer, counted from the moment you earned it — the hold is not a single batch released every three days. Rewards therefore become available one by one, as each one matures, and sooner if the provider finalises it earlier.

Your account shows a full history of every reward, withdrawal, and reversal, and for anything still on hold, the exact time it becomes available.

Faucet claims are credited as available immediately and can be withdrawn at once.

The exception is an account under review, or one where our systems indicate automated use: in that case new rewards — including faucet claims — are placed on hold until the review concludes. As stated in section 8, such a hold has a review deadline shown in your account, and a hold is a pause for review, not an outcome.

5. Payouts

6. Advertising and third-party offers

The Service is funded by advertising. Viewing advertising, and not blocking it, may be a condition of earning rewards, claiming, or withdrawing. It is not a condition of reading these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or of contacting support about your account. We detect whether required advertising was actually delivered.

Some earning options are operated by third parties (offer walls, surveys, paid-to-click tasks, shortened links). When you use them:

We do not endorse advertised products and are not party to any transaction between you and an advertiser.

7. What you must not do

You must not:

8. Review, holds, and cancellation

We operate automated systems that assess how an account is being used. What those systems may do on their own is deliberately limited.

Decided automatically

Decided only after a person has reviewed it

Scope of cancellation, stated as simple rules:

  1. normally, only the rewards affected by the breach are cancelled;
  2. the whole balance is affected only where the account was created or used mainly for abuse;
  3. where legitimate and abusive activity cannot be separated, a person decides.

Every anti-fraud hold has a review deadline, which is shown in your account. If we need longer, we will tell you the reason and the new deadline. A hold is a pause for review, not an outcome — if the review does not conclude that the reward was obtained in breach, the hold is released.

You are entitled to be told which category of problem was found, to express your point of view, to ask for a person to review the decision, and to contest it (section 9).

9. Appeals

If your account is restricted or a reward is cancelled, you may write to help@dropbrook.com and ask for the decision to be reviewed by a person. Tell us your account email and what you believe happened.

For third-party offer reversals the split is this: we can review whether we matched and processed the provider’s notice correctly — the right account, the right amount, no duplicate. Whether the offer itself counts as completed is decided by that provider, and that part must be raised with them.

We aim to respond within a reasonable time. We may ask for information that helps establish that the activity was genuine. We will not ask you for your password or your recovery codes, and you should never send them to anyone, including someone claiming to be us.

10. Changes to the service

We may add, change, suspend, or remove any part of the Service, including earning options, limits, and reward rates. We may run experiments and show different users different variants. The Service is provided on an “as available” basis and may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.

11. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular amount can be earned.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, for lost earning opportunity, or for the acts of third parties including FaucetPay, offer providers, and advertisers.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the value of the rewards validly credited to your account and not yet paid out.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for wilful misconduct or gross negligence; for breaches of data protection law; or for your rights as a consumer under the law that applies to you.

12. Termination and inactive accounts

You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time. What happens to your data, including the categories that are retained and the five-year outer limit on retention, is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close an account for breach of these Terms, for legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service. Where an account is closed and there is a valid balance that was not obtained in breach, we will make a reasonable effort to pay it out, subject to any minimum imposed by FaucetPay.

Inactive accounts

If you do not sign in for 12 months, we may close the account. Before we do, we will email the address on the account and give you at least 30 days to sign in or withdraw.

We do this because an account nobody uses still holds data about a real person, and keeping it indefinitely serves neither of us. A balance is not forfeited for inactivity — if you respond to the notice you can withdraw it, subject to the FaucetPay minimum. If the balance is below that minimum, no payout is technically possible and the account is closed with the balance unpaid; we would rather say this plainly than leave you expecting a transfer that cannot happen.

13. Changes to these Terms

These Terms are versioned. The version you accepted is recorded with your account. If we make a material change, we will notify you and ask you to accept the new version before you continue to use the Service. Continuing to use the Service after a non-material change means you accept it.

Changes apply only going forward. A change does not remove rewards that were already validly credited to you, and before a material change takes effect you may stop using the Service and withdraw an available valid balance, subject to any minimum imposed by FaucetPay.

Previous versions remain available on request.

14. Governing law

These Terms are between you and Dropbrook, the operator of dropbrook.com, contactable at help@dropbrook.com.

The operator is established in Ukraine. These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, and the courts of Ukraine are competent for disputes arising from them.

If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and it does not prevent you from bringing a claim there where the law gives you that right.
